FOCUS WORD: TRANSFORMED FOR IMPACT

Apostle John began Sunday's sermon with the scriptural text of the year 2024; Revelations 3:7-13 - "And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name...."

The Lord was addressing the angel in the church in Philadelphia but this is not a physical location but a season in a man's life. Apostle reminded us in this year of OPEN DOORS, it is the year of blessings for the Philadelphian church because they have kept the word of God and have not denied His name but emphasised that God does not lift us up without igniting the intention to make an impact.

Apostle prompted us to make an impact this year by addressing 2024 - commanding the year to align itself with the agenda God has for the year - anything you want from 2024 , you first have to manifest it. Job 38:12 - “Have you commanded the morning since your days began and caused the dawn to know its place ;that it might take hold of the ends of the earth, And the wicked be shaken out of it?." We learnt that there is darkness upon the earth and to advert this darkness, the revelation of the word of GOD is required. Revelations help you to make impact, when other men are limited; you walk with unlimited with revelations.

WHAT IS 'TRANSFORMATION?' - A complete change in appearance and character in something or someone ESPECIALLY if that the person/thing improve. "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." Romans 12:2 reminded us that we renew mind our to prove ,your ability to prove that which is good justify the renewing of the mind.

HOW TO JUSTIFY YOU HAVE BEEN TRANSFORM BY THE RENEWING OF THE MIND TO MAKE IMPACT:

ABLITY TO PROVE THAT WHICH GOOD
ABILITY TO PROVE THAT WHICH IS ACCEPTABLE
ABILITY TO PROVE THAT WHICH IS PERFECT
ABLITY TO PROVE THAT WHICH IS IN THE ALIGNMENT WITH THE WILL GOD.

QUALITIES TO TAKE FROM THE GREAT P'S IN THE BIBLE PETER AND PAUL :

There is a level of Transformation we are expected to get to as children of GOD where it can cost of our life for the kingdom, Two men in the bible who went to this transformation is Apostle Paul and Apostle Peter. Peter missed his hour of transformation while he walk with Jesus " And He came unto the disciples and found them asleep, and said unto Peter, “What, could ye not watch with Me one hour?" MATTHEW 26:40 Jesus addressed Peter because he knew Peter hour of glory had come but Peter missed it . " Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?" John 18:11 Peter missed the hour of his glory by fighting a spiritual battle, physically. It have been recorded in the bible where Peter was with Christ on many occasions and have seen the miracles he performed, PETER, JAMES and JOHN were the three ELECTED from the 12 disciples SELECTED by Jesus, after denying Jesus Christ three times Peter transformation revealed Jesus through him. "Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. " ACTS 4:13

Apostle Paul was a killer and he did everything to break the faith of Christ in the church, Paul was earthly and governmentally empowered to kill that Jesus had to turn up, but Paul transformation came with an encounter with GOD on the way to Damascus " And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? and he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks." ACTS 9: 4-5 Apostle Paul and Apostle Peter knew that there transformation in life would cost them their life.

HEAVENLY FATHER, AS I BEGIN TO PRAY, OH LORD, I CRY FOR THE REVELATION OF YOUR GLORY FOR IMPACT, I REFUSED TO BE USED BY THE DEVIL ,IN THE NAME OF JESUS!

HEAVENLY FATHER AS I BEGIN TO PRAY , OH LORD I RECEIVE GRACE TO HEAR WITH PRECISION, I RECEIVE EMPOWERMENT AND DIVINE ENABLEMENT TO SEE ACCURATELY, I RECEIVE A DISCIPLINE HEART AND MIND TO WRITE WHAT I HAVE HEARD AND SEEN BY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD , HELP ME TO EXECUTE EVERY WORK OF GOD AS GIVEN TO ME , IN THE NAME OF JESUS !

HEAVENLY FATHER AS I BEGING TO PRAY, OH LORD WHERE YOU WANT ME TO STAND MAY I NOT BE FOUND ABSENT, I RECEIVE ENABLING GRACE TO STAND ,IN THE NAME OF JESUS !
